If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address YOU will need to repay shipping again to re-ship item. Please make sure address is correct and complete upon checkout.

We currenty have a 1-3 business day turn around time. This does not incude the time it taakes during transit after we ship item. Please reference your tracking number to view your package during transit.

Please note:
Sometimes the USPS does not scan packages when received from us. Sometimes it takes a day or so for them to update during transit.

We are located in Oregon. We do daily dropoffs to USPS.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.

CLEAR FILM SCREENPRINTS
Pre-press your item for a few seconds to remove any moisture.
Temp: 325 degrees F
Time: 12-15 Seconds
Pressure: HEAVY
Can be used on any color & fabric

SINGLE COLOR SCREENPRINTS
Pre-press your item for a few seconds to remove any moisture.
Temp: 325 degrees F
Time: 10 seconds
Pressure: HEAVY
can be used on any color & fabric

Heat Press is REQUIRED for pressing our screen print transfers.

UV DTF WRAPS, DECALS, PEN WRAPS
These items are handwash ONLY. DO NOT MICROWAVE.
1.) Prepare your item-make sure its dry, clean, and debris free.
2.)Place your transfer onto the item making sure that the design in positioned correctly.
3.) Press transfer down working from the center of the item outward to push out any bubbling.
4.) Rub the design everywhere with your fingers.
5.) Peel off the clear backing.
